Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask WiFi HERO (Omnitech Marketing Sdn Bhd) to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp conversation, at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to us on the same WhatsApp number or Messenger page you used, or email omniaiservice@gmail.com from the contact you gave us with the subject "Data deletion".
2. We will confirm your identity using the phone number or Messenger account the request comes from.
3. Within 7 working days we delete your conversation history, contact details, address and any documents you sent us, except records we must keep for an application already submitted to a telco (kept only as long as the telco requires) or as required by Malaysian law.
4. We will reply to confirm when the deletion is complete.

Removing our Page or app from your Facebook settings stops future messages but does not by itself delete data we already hold; please send the request above.

您可随时要求 WiFi HERO 删除您的个人资料（包括 WhatsApp 或 Messenger 对话记录）。方法：在同一个 WhatsApp 号码或 Messenger 页面发送 "DELETE MY DATA"，或从您留下的联系方式发邮件至 omniaiservice@gmail.com，主题写"Data deletion"。我们会核对身份，并在 7 个工作日内删除对话记录、联系方式、地址及文件（已提交给电讯公司的申请记录依电讯公司或法律要求保留），完成后回复确认。
