We help you check coverage, compare plans and submit a broadband application to the telco of your choice at no extra charge. Plan prices, promotions, contract periods, installation and after-sales service are provided by the telco under the telco's own terms; the telco's confirmation, not ours, is the final approval of any application.
By messaging us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger you agree to receive replies, follow-ups and offers related to your enquiry. Replies may come from an automated assistant or from our staff. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do our best to quote current telco offers, but promotions change; the telco's published terms prevail. Any WiFi HERO gift or rebate we offer is stated in writing in the conversation and is subject to successful installation.
We are not responsible for telco network availability, installation dates or service quality. Our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount of any WiFi HERO gift or rebate promised to you.
